Hercules Fence is proud to announce that it partnered with Kee Construction to create enclosures for endangered whooping cranes! These endangered whooping cranes were relocated to the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute (SCBI) in late December. This facility, which is 3,200 acres, is being used to house whooping cranes for the first time. (more…)

Hercules Fence Honored To Provide Support And Donations For Goochland Cares
Hercules Fence was proud to team with Hourigan Construction to support Goochland Cares with the construction of their new facility. Our team offered a temporary fence and a small wood dumpster as donations. This facility will have a huge impact on Goochland Families in need and houses medical and dental offices, a food pantry, counseling for families in need, and also a shelter for abused women.

Hercules Fence: Community Involvement
While Hercules Fence takes pride in its residential and commercial fence services, we also take pride in our community involvement. With several different locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, Hercules Fence has the ability to become involved in several different projects and charities. While some of this work involves donating time and money to restoration projects, other instances involve us sponsoring events taking place in our communities. -
Community Involvement: Dwight Mosley Sports Complex
Community involvement is a main focus for Hercules Fence. While we are sure to focus on providing our residential and commercial customers with high quality fences, we also focus on donating our time and sources to community events and projects throughout the areas we service. In 2014, Hercules Fence was able to participate as a “Lead Supplier Firm” during the 22nd Annual Community Improvement Day with the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA).

In launching its eighth annual school supplies drive, the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA) set out to benefit students at the John Burroughs Education Campus. Hercules Fence is an enthusiastic sponsor of corporate America’s commitment to serving the local community. Recently Hercules Fence has sponsored Forrester Construction firm in adopting The ORR Boys & Girls Club located in Ward 8, South East Washington D.C.
The ORR Branch of the Boys & Girls Club in Ward 8 is a full-service year-round Club for youths 6 to 13 years of age. At the moment, there are 150 students participating in the program. The club offers athletic, educational, recreational and arts programs in a fun, safe and structured environment.
